Well, I was excited to download the compiler and play with a new toy.. But, it is missing quite a few windows libs.. I tryed to make them like this: implib /s gdi32.lib gdi32.dll Anyways, didn't seem to work for me. Anyone can tell me how to do it right? Thanks, Jason Tudisco

I am not sure if the .LIB's are part of the license agreement with Microsoft. I would think they are.... Anyways, If you have VC-- 6.0 you can take the .LIB out of there and just run COFF2OMF on it. Don't worry, be Kneppie! Jan Jason Tudisco wrote:Well, I was excited to download the compiler and play with a new toy.. But, it is missing quite a few windows libs.. The command line is: implib /system gdi32.lib gdi32.dll What are the symptoms of it failing for you?
