Well first of all you need a pc with Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
Put the cd in the cd-rom player
Goto "My Computer"
Open "DM8.***.* (x:)"(Were x: is your cd-rom player)
You see one folder calld "DM"
Copy the folder somewhere on your harddisk, and remember the location.
Right click the DM folder just copied to your harddisk, at the 'general'
tab remove the 'attribute' 'Read Only' Make sure the changed are applyed
to this folder and subfolder and files.
(Another route could be: start => run => cmd.exe or command
command-prompt window starts.
In the command prompt cd to the location where the DM folder is copied.
issue the comamnd attrib -R * /S /D)

Now browse to the next file <drive>:\<dn folder path>\bin\scwmn32.exe
and execute it. The idde should start. Click on the Editing tab move and
move and open the windown of your likings.
Click on menu 'Environment' => 'Workspace' => 'Save WorkSpace Set'

You should be ready to rock now.
